For this post I want to brainstorm some ideas for my topic. If anyone has any ideas please feel free to leave a comment.
I want to know what the effects are
how long they last
why they happen
what long term effects happen
if there are any good effects what are they.
This is what I put in my main post for this week
What effects caffeine has on the human body. Do we really need caffeine. Are
there any health risks.
Effects of caffeine on human health P. Nawrot, S.
Jordan, J. Eastwood, J. Rotstein, A. Hugemholtz and M. Feeley
Food Additives
and Contaminants, 2003, Vol. 20, No. 1, 1-30
I found in the article that
caffeine is a natural alkaloid and is found in coffee beans, tea leaves, cocoa
beans, cola nuts and other plants. It's consumed all over the world. In America
we consume 60-75% of coffee. There have been some reports of death due to
consuming a lot of caffeine.
Is caffeine good or bad for the human body.
Are there treatments for patients that use caffeine. What are the health risks
with caffeine.
So again if you have any ideas please leave a comment.
Thank you for visiting my blog.

First post ever!!!
This is as you can tell my very first blog ever! I'm very interested to see where this will go. What does one put in blog anyways?
Well here is alittle bit about me I live in Arizona with my husband and son. We used to live in Alaska until 2005. We moved to Arizona because Jeremy's mom live here and it is really costly to live in Alaska. When I'm not doing school work, being a mom and wife I work at a group home with four ladies who have developmental disabilities. In my spare time I like to listen to music, play games, go for walks when it cool. After all life in the desert is hot in the summer so you can't go out side alot during the day with out melting in your shoes. The winters here are very nice. We don't get snow so thats a plus although Flagstaff and up north get snow in the winter but not as much as Alaska gets.
In February 2010 I started my Kaplan Career in Associate of Applied Science in Health Information Technology. I should tell you that I started my college career in 2001 but could not get in to going to class on campus. So in 2010 I found Kaplan and love the online education that I'm getting.
Well this concludes my first ever blog. I do hope I did not bore you and if I did I will try better in the next blog.
